Everyone has there own views on long distance relationships. However, a common question we all at one point or another ask ourselves is can they work? In most case's yes, long distance relationships can work. Some even turn into life long partnerships. However, some do not. Some people or relationships are just not meant to based on long distance. It takes a lot of work and effort to make a long distance relationship work. It takes trust, love, commitment and much more. a lot of people say if you love someone enough you can get through anything. Make anything work. In a lot of ways that is true. Also in a lot of ways it is not. The amount you love someone does not always reflect on whether or not you are can make your partnership work. It has to be a two way street. In any relationship, not just long distance. What exactly is a long distance relationship? Well its pretty much where the two partners are not in the same city. That makes it a long distance relationship. Both people have to be willing and committed to the other one, or else its not going to work. Long distance relationships are hard even with the trust, love and commitment. You still always wonder. And worry. And sometimes its too much for one person. Some people can not be away from there partner that long. Some people need to be close and need to be seen everyday. It all depends. But no matter who you are or where you are at, you and your partner can make a long distance relationship work. It might not be easy. It usually never is. However, with the right mind set and the right determination and commitment, you can make it work. You can be together for life. Long distance relationships are not so much based off the physical needs but more of the emotional. It is a mind set. When you agree to have a long distance relationship, you agree to be apart. To trust and be trusted. If you and your partner put yourself in the mind frame that you can and want to make it work, you can. Its not impossible. Many people say they never work. Thats a false statement. They can and do work. As long as you work to make it work. The relationship won't work on its own. Has to be a team effort. But with the right trust, love and commitment and communication, any relationship can work.
