Look and ListenWith Your Heart

Jean Davis
If you look around and start to get discouraged try looking with your heart instead of your eyes.

Sometimes it can get a better view. You may even be surprised.

Did you miss the smile on a stranger's face?

Did you miss the beautiful butterfly on the wing?

Did you hear the laughter of the child or hear the songbirds sing?

Do we get too caught up in what some call the everyday " rat race" to enjoy what is free to all?

Nothing could be more refreshing than a cool breeze on a hot summer day with the birds singing and squirrels chattering in the trees so tall.

Maybe you don't have access to this great out-of-doors scene.

There's plenty to enjoy if you only take the time.

You probably have a good book on the shelf and you may even hear God whisper a word to you in between the lines.

Look with your heart.

Listen with your heart.

A whole new world will open up, its true.

The next time you look into a mirror you will see a whole new you!!
