How perfect can you be
Look at what you've done God
What you've done for me
Look at how perfect her face is
Beyond the womb I now see
Look at how honed her profile is
Now more than a silhouette to me
Do you see her nose God
Exactly like her mommy
Do you see her lips God
The ones that earlier blessed me
Do you see her beautifully multi-colored head of hair God
It's more than I had trouble imagining, so is my present glee
Do you see the golden sunlight you put in her curls
It's so much shinier than I'd ever asked of thee
Look at what you've done God
How perfect can you be
Look at what you've done God
What you've done for me
Have you seen how happy she is
I'm so glad that's how is she
Have you seen how easy her smile is
Only hours old and ever since given free
And what of her extraordinary friendliness God
From my arms did you make her balance always lean lee
And what of her small yet big eyes understanding obedience
From me to you most humbly I bow on bended knee
Look at what you've done God.
How perfect can you be!
Look at what you've done God.
What you've done for me!
