Tints of Nature
One of the brands that you may want to consider using if you want eco-friendly hair dye is Tints of Nature. This hair dye does not contain any ammonia or harsh alternatives, but it does contain organic ingredients and is soy based. What this means is you will not need to smell that very strong scent that usually comes with dying hair when you choose to use the Tints of Nature brand. Since the ingredients that are used in this brand of hair dye are so natural, it is ideal for anyone who normally experiences allergic reactions to hair dye. Tints of Nature also offers a nice selection of hair dye colors to choose from. For more information about this natural hair dye brand or to purchase it online, please be sure to visit http://www.tintsofnatureusa.com/.
Herbatint
Herbatint is one of the brands which offers eco-friendly hair dye products. This hair dye brand does not contain any ammonia, perfume or alcohol which means that the smell will not be very harsh during application. While Herbatint does contain some peroxide, it is less than what ordinary hair dyes contain. For information about Herbatint, visit http://www.herbatint.co.uk/. Unfortunately, you can only purchase from the main website if you live in the UK. If you live in the United States, you can purchase from either http://www.gentlebodycare.co.uk/ or http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/. There is a nice selection of colors to choose from.
Palette by Nature
Palette by Nature is yet another brand which offers eco-friendly hair dye. Some of the different ingredients that Palette by Nature uses include henna extracts, plant dyes and plant extracts. While the selection of colors is not quite as large, they do offer some nice choices. For more information about Palette by Nature or to purchase it online, visit the website at http://actbynature.com/.
If you are trying to live a more eco-friendly lifestyle, then you may want to think about choosing one of these brands for green hair dye. As with all other hair dye products, it is important to make sure that you read the instructions before applying any type of eco-friendly hair dye. This will help ensure that you get the best results. Leaving green hair dye in the hair for the full length of time is usually more necessary than with other brands of hair dye, as the natural chemicals may not work as quick as the ones which are used in traditional hair dye.
