Looking Up Poem
As I start my day,
I look up & think of you & say a prayer.
I pray that you are safe,
I pray that you are well,
And I pray that you are happy.
In the middle of a busy day,
I look up and think of you & say a prayer.
I pray that you are having a good day,
I pray that you are meeting your goals,
And I pray that you are getting the respect you deserve.
When we are together,
I look up at you & say a prayer,
I pray that you realize how wonderful you are,
I pray that you realize how much you touch my life,
And I pray that you realize just how much our relationship means to me.
As I lay down to bed at night,
I look up to God & say a prayer.
I pray that he will give you the strength and courage to pursue your dreams,
I pray that God will be with you always,
And I pray to God to thank him for the blessing he has brought into my life.
