L'Oreal Bare Naturale Gentle Mineral Concealer Makeup - Product Review

I recently purchased L'Oreal Bare Naturale Gentle Mineral Concealer because I had good experiences with other products in L'Oreal's Bare Naturale line of mineral make-up.

I was immediately impressed by the wide range of color choices for L'Oreal Bare Naturale Gentle Mineral Concealer. Many other cosmetic companies provide only a few shades of concealer. L'Oreal Bare Naturale Gentle Mineral Concealer's many color choices made it easy for me to find a perfect shade for my fair skin.

I also noticed that L'Oreal Bare Naturale Gentle Mineral Concealer included ingredients that are good for healthy skin such as SPF 25 sun block and skin nourishing kaolin. L'Oreal Bare Naturale Gentle Mineral Concealer is also free of talc.

L'Oreal Bare Naturale Gentle Mineral Concealer is packaged with a built-in all natural bristle brush. The unit consists of three parts: the base which holds the mineral concealer powder, the brush which screws down into the base and a clear plastic lid that snaps securely over the brush. This set-up is beneficial because it makes it almost impossible for the unit to come open and spill mineral powder concealer in your purse or makeup bag. However, this set-up made using L'Oreal Bare Naturale Gentle mineral powder concealer a little difficult because the base of the brush is what prevents the mineral powder concealer from coming out.

I found that the brush works very well for applying L'Oreal Bare Naturale Gentle Mineral Concealer. However, until I had some practice using the brush I found it easy to apply too much of the concealer. When I applied too much of the concealer the makeup looked caked and unnatural. Once I got the hang of applying the right amount of concealer I discovered that the makeup blended seamlessly with my foundation.

L'Oreal Bare Naturale Gentle Mineral Concealer provided excellent light coverage. It worked very well on areas of skin prone to redness such as my nose. However, I occasionally get dark under eye circles and on those days I need to use two coats of the concealer to adequately cover them.

L'Oreal Bare Naturale Gentle Mineral Concealer lived up to the term gentle in its name because even when I used a lot of the makeup it did not irritate my sensitive skin.

L'Oreal Bare Naturale Gentle Mineral Concealer costs an average of 12.00 for 2 grams of loose mineral powder concealer makeup. This makes it pricey compared to conventional sticks of concealer makeup but L'Oreal's Bare Naturale Gentle Mineral Concealer is less expensive than many other mineral makeup brands. The concealer is also lasting a long time so I believe the makeup is a good value for the price.

Overall, I like L'Oreal Bare Naturale Gentle Mineral Concealer makeup and I plan to use it long term, including purchasing another shade of the makeup to use on areas of my face that need different coverage.
