You'll find many branded as well as cheap eye liners in market that promise to give a good look to your eyes. But its really hard to choose which one is the best because most of them either smudge, run or even disappear within a few minutes of their application. But at last, after trying many eyeliner products, I have found L'Oreal that really works wonders.
