When this happens, you do not have energy to put towards daily activities, much less exercising. This constant lack of sleep slows down your metabolism so you burn fewer calories, which won't help you lose stomach fat.

Face the fact that diet plays an important part when you try to lose stomach fat. Daily intake of food calories must be burned off in addition to burning fat reserves. Choose a diet that cuts calories. Many people find eating five small, healthy meals a day works well to lose stomach fat.
