As well, when waste is extracted, so is your body fluids, you need to replenish twice as much as you extract. Water is essential in any colon cleansing program.

As with any form of colon cleansing, if you do not change or add to your diet, you may see your lost weight, return in as little as a few days or weeks. This usually happens if you were asked to change or restrict your diet when using a colon cleanse product or program. Of course you do not have to keep up with the required diet restriction, although it is strongly advised to add more water and fiber to your diet. You may also consider an exercise program, as this is a great addition to any weight loss regimen.

Colon cleansing can be a wonderful thing when done right. It can not only help you lose weight, but also make you feel better, have more energy, and get sick less.
