Lose Weight Fast with an All Natural Diet

You can lose up to a pound a day on this all natural diet plan. Sugar cravings will dissipate after three days. A new appreciation for food will spring forth as your taste buds are cleansed. This diet will rejuvenate your system as weight loss will be natural. The idea of this plan is to create variety with veggies. The more veggies you eat the more nutrients you are obtaining and the less cravings you will experience. You will begin to remove waste daily and an over all healthy shine will be restored to your skin. Follow this plan for one week at a time. As you drop the weight you can add some variety such as a veggie based soup with chicken broth but stick with this basic plan and the weight will melt off.

Here is the plan:
Only water (you can use lemon or lime for flavor/no sugar)
One cup coffee a day (Use organic sugar and an organic creamer)

Breakfast:
Two organic eggs cooked however you would like (use olive oil spray in pan: no butter) Do not use any milk in the eggs. You can add as many vegetables as you would like for a great omelet. Suggestions: broccoli, red peppers, onion, asparagus, spinach. No cheese. Use sea salt no regular salt.

Lunch:
Salad: Use romaine or spinach lettuce no iceberg. Put any vegetables you would like on your salad. They can be cooked or raw. Hot steamed veggies are great on cool, crisp lettuce with a great dressing. Give it a try. No nuts (extra calories not needed). Organic dressings only.

Dinner:
Salad
Veggies (lots and use a variety/only steamed or raw/sea salt and olive oil only for flavor)
Fish or chicken (no breading/not fried/only use sea salt and organic seasonings/olive oil)

Snacks:
Organic popcorn
2 Organic cookies a day (Health Food Packaged and/or frozen section)
Fruit once a day
