First, you have to determine how you are going to fast. Some people drink water all day and other people drink juices. If you drink juices, make sure they are natural and sugar-free. You can drink vegetable juices like V-8 when you fast. If you prefer to eat food when you fast, you should eat fruits and raw vegetables. Alternatively, you can make your own concoction with lemon juice, cayenne pepper, natural male syrup and water. Many people have lost weight with this weight loss drink.
Make sure you do not exercise when you fast. You will experience fatigue, irritability and hunger on your diet, so you should relax until your fast is over. Once you are done fasting, you should definitely start exercising your body. Your metabolism will slow down, so you need to work out so that you don't gain any weight.
