If you still don't feel hungry after reading my juicy article then you'll probably have some food left for burning later. This is why you should not be grabbing any more food. If you don't feel hungry just don't eat. It's that simple. If you do eat, it'll be store as glycogen and it'll be reserve for later when you need some more energy to finish a long and boring article like this one.
We learn that if we eat when we're not hungry our body will put that into our thighs until we need to use it later and this is how everyone gain weight. If your body has some food left for burning then allow it to do that. When your stomach is growling, that's when you can eat. Even if you're a good girl and eat when you're hungry, it would only helps but it still won't make you lose weight because you haven't burn all the fat cells that is still sitting there. The only time that you will burn those fat cells is by working out or skipping a meal so that your body can pull out those sleeping cells and use it. It's not a good idea to skip meals so instead of skipping meals you can eat a little or work out so that you can subtract some of those fat cells from your body. This is when you'll start to lose some weight. Losing fat cells is like spending from your saving account. You can't deplete your saving account if you don't withdraw the money. You need to withdraw your fat cells and burn it just like you would withdraw your money and spend it so that your account can be empty.
