Fennel is a diuretic, it decreases hunger, promotes energy and metabolism. Fennel's diuretic effect promotes the elimination of fluids from the body into the urine, it decreases the appetite which reduces your caloric intake, gives you an energy boost to increase activity. Together all these effects promote weight loss. According to
