1 gallon clear glass jar. I use an old gallon pickle jar ( can also buy special sun tea jars )
1 gallon cool water.
1 large or 7 small tea bags ( depends on how strong you like it )
Place tea bags in the water in the jar. Cover and place outside in the sun. Let it seep for several hours. it does take a while. It has a different taste than boiled tea.
You can add flavorings after it has seeped. Such as lemon . I like to use the raspberry tea bags that already has the flavor added. You can use Black tea, English Breakfast tea or any kind of tea for this. When finished seeping bring into house . Sweeten to taste. Pour into glasses of ice, sit back and enjoy.
