A feeling that when nurtured will grow.
We often search to get a feel for it.
Only to find the one to get lost in it.
It's a face consumed by a constant smile.
The joy and laughter from a little child.
Holding hands while on a walk.
Watching the sunset while you talk.
It's making plans for tomorrow.
As time you often try to borrow.
It's sharing a heart like the last slice.
Kind of like Christmas but twice as nice.
The calm after the storm.
Parents staring at their new born.
A 20 year anniversary.
An evening to an elegant melody.
A feeling with many translations.
But still always held in high anticipation.
So when you have it you're sure to hold on.
Because love will keep a bond strong.
