-Tennis Anyone?-

Please allow me to set the scene for you; Andre Agassi and wife Steffi Graf are playing tennis together. They are playing for a fund raiser that followed the U.S. Clay Court Championships on Sunday, April 15th. The two love birds are playing rigorously together, while holding hands, when tragedy strikes.

Something went terribly wrong and Agassi accidentally hit his loving wife in the face with his tennis racket, cutting her lip. Graf needed stitches but luckily the doctor that had purchased a trip to play tennis with the couple (for $70,000) stepped in and mended her wound with three stitches.

"She's OK," Agassi said. "It was an unfortunate accident."

No comments were logged from the wife, Graf, but perhaps it was due to the swelling and stitches from the impact of the racket.

Originally Agassi and Graf were in Houston because of Agassi's reality TV show "The Big Give". The show is being produced by Oprah Winfrey Productions. They also hosted an auction while in Houston, benefiting a Houston-area elementary school that had been chosen for Agassi's show. The auction raised approximately $225,000.

Speaking of elementary schools and learning, this story will teach everyone that you should never hold hands while playing tennis. As for the money raised, I wonder if any of it will have to go to pay the doctor's bill of service for the stitches or if the couple will add some extra tennis time to the good doctor's trip he purchased.

-Ed Norton as "The Incredible Hulk"?-

Yes, it is true; Edward Norton (who starred in "Fight Club") will be the next Incredible Hulk. The next movie to be released, titled "The Incredible Hulk", will star Norton as Bruce Banner. All are hoping that this next version of the big green guy will be much better than the first.

The new Hulk will start off with Banner (Norton) on the run. He will have to try to avoid being captured while he is on the quest to cure his "condition". The script for the next Hulk was written by Zak Penn, who has also helped craft both "X-Men" films, "Fantastic Four", and "Elektra", so things may work out better for "The Incredible Hulk" with this next release.

According to Marvel Studios production president Kevin Feige, "Edward Norton is a rare talent and one of the most versatile actors in the business."

"His ability to transform into a particular role makes him the ideal choice to take on the character of Bruce Banner and the Hulk. Edward is perfectly suited to bring one of the most popular and important Marvel icons to the big screen in a new and exciting way," Feige added.

The film will be directed by Louis Leterrier and distributed by Universal Pictures, whereas the first "Hulk" was directed by Ang Lee. Producers for the movie will include Avi Arad, Gale Ann Hurd, and Marvel Studios Kevin Feige. Shooting for the smash-up film is scheduled to begin in Toronto Canada this summer. They have set an opening-date so far for June 13, 2008, so we will have to wait awhile to see if Norton can pull it off.
