Love or Life Pt. 2: The Second Part to This Amazing Love Poem

The hope of light that once lit up my sky so bright has been replaced with darkness evermore. The sign that once made me feel like a million smiles has brought a million tears. The kiss is dry for lips as soft as a rose can feel as hard as nails from he who remains a constant figure in my dreams but not my heart. A prayer of love, which was never spoken, now sits in the back of my mind. In an endless pit of fears I took you never really wanted you but wanted to end the torture of he who never left my heart. Now trapped in my own desires I have no light or no glow not a hint of love shines this heart all that is there is a lump, a dent, a speck of remorse for a life ruined and another too come. Why be held down by the passions of the flesh and not lifted by the spirit of love. Because you gave love up for your future and lost a heart in the mist of tears, and fears and loneliness all because he who broke you down now has granted your heart entrance only to find not a heart but a vow of undying love not for he who did but for he who now will. While he who now will has forced his way into your heart raining over the fires that burns for he who did. You still feel the flicker of a flame knowing life can go either way. The question is which way will you go. Keep the commitment of life or chose the commitment of love?
