Love Poem : Phoenix Fire

Tikuli Dogra
In the scatered ash

from the phoenix fire

embers of hope still remain

Now it to see

if the ash will give way to flames

and if

with renewed passion

the phoenix of love

will rise again

from it's ashy womb

Bruised but not beaten,

with strength gathered

by the heart's pain,

stronger than ever,

Cleanesed and healed

by single phoenix tear

a melted diamond

sparkle of hope,

Will it gloriously rise

in the azure sky

it's fiery wings leaving a trail

of gold and scarlet

sparkling my butterfly dreams

with immortal love?
