Will only bring pain
To a heart living in yesterday,
It will bring no reprieve
For the bitter soul.
There is only one solution
For the dead dream,
A dream that cannot be recaptured
By the slight of will,
Abandoned by a begotten love.
Love begins
When we cleanse ourselves
From the comfort of the world outside.
The lonely cries of the skylark
Is beautiful
And somewhat vain
To a heart that beats
Without weeping,
This is the most gentle
Of things the weeping bitch feels,
For in her heart
There is no daylight
And no love for sale.
