First of all, stop trying to pretend that you are not pregnant by wearing the same clothes you were wearing before you became pregnant. Maternity clothes are not that bad and nowadays they are quite fashionable even. Wearing your normal clothes does not look right. You are pregnant and you should dress the part. Wear your maternity clothes proudly. You are beautiful and your maternity clothes are also.
Another way on how to love yourself during pregnancy is to pamper yourself. You can go get a manicure or pedicure. Most women's nails grow strong and fast during pregnancy. Why not polish them up and make them glow as beautiful as your skin? Besides, nothing beats a foot massage after a rough day on your feet.
You can always submerge yourself into a warm, relaxing bath filled with bubbles and a couple drops of soothing essential oil. Your skin will love you for it and the scent will lull you into a deep relaxation.
Go get your hair styled. Most women during pregnancy are too tired or nauseous to style their hair. They begin to let themselves go and in return start to feel bad about their looks. Go out and treat yourself to a fabulous hair cut or just a style to get you feeling beautiful again.
If you are feeling down or fatigued during pregnancy, then maybe it's time to take action. Get physical! Take a walk with your partner and enjoy the fresh air. Do some light yoga or stretching exercises to keep yourself fit and flexible. Don't let yourself go just because you know you are going to gain a few pounds. You can control how much weight you gain by eating right and staying active. This will also help fight fatigue and pregnancy blues.
If you forgot how to love yourself during pregnancy and are feeling like you are in a rut, if nothing else put a smile on your face and stay positive. Do not forget what is going on inside you. You are carrying a beautiful little person that is going to be the joy of your life. Be proud of yourself, you are going to be a mommy to someone who will need you more than anyone else and that alone is beautiful.

Good reminders. We moms should take care of ourselves while we are pregnant. It's not always just about the baby.
