Love's Beginnings - No Endings

Perfect Love Lasts Perfectly

Michael K. Miller

Beginnings - No Endings
A poem of lasting, eternal, perfect love

Days have passed, the sun is setting...
..............................here.
Days come, and stay -
.........often welcome, never forgotten.

Somewhere else
...........................the sun is rising,

.....................soon:

...............it will be our turn,
.........here,
again (and again, and...)

  • Life is neither perfect nor lasting.
  • Love can be both perfect and lasting.
  • Perfect Love lasts perfectly.
* (1) Lasting Love cannot be broken. ** (2) Lasting Love cannot be confined. *** (3) Lasting Love goes beyond life and time.

Clever word craft. As a rookie into the world of prose I find this art inspiring. You displayed skillfull art in that accompanying image, very nice touch. This piece resonates with a religion theme and serves as a simple champion for the magnificence of love that any secularist would willingly embrace. Good piece here.
