This restaurant specializes in making your favorite foods meat and dairy free. Even the biggest meat eaters would enjoy this place. There is a variety of food and flavor!
The Menu Doesn't Make it Easy
At Lovin' Spoonfuls you order at the counter and take a numbered wooden spoon to your table. With choices like Thai Vegetable Curry, Stuffed Pasta Magnifica, and salads and soups, it is hard to choose from just one meal. When you finish, you have the even more arduous task of figuring out what you want for dessert. Their dessert counter is full of yummy cheesecake, chocolate cake and other pastries. Ice-cream is also available. If you need your food gluten free, they have choices for you as well.
For a full menu check out their website at www.lovinspoonfuls.com .
Great Food For Great Prices
Who needs chicken when you have Golden Nuggets from Lovin' Spoonfuls? These soy nuggets are lightly battered and fried. Try them with one of their vegan dipping choices.
For $10.25 you can order the Old Country Lasagna. This lasagna is full of vegan cheeses, mushrooms, spinach, mock sausage, and a tomato sauce full of vegetables. Garlic bread comes with your meal.
The Pasta Primavera is my favorite. For $10.75, you will get a plate full of portobello mushrooms, yellow squash, zucchini, eggplant and asparagus in a vegan Alfredo sauce on top of a bed of linguini. Garlic bread comes on the side.
For real comfort food try the Country Fried Chicken Platter. It comes with soy chicken and stuffing, a heaping pile of mashed potatoes and gravy and steamed vegetables. All of this great tasting food comes to you for $11.25.
The portions are generous, so if you walk away hungry from this restaurant, it is your own fault!
Drinks
Try one of Lovin' Spoonfuls organic, decaffenaited teas or some of their free-trade coffee. Orange and apple juice are on the menu as well as lemonade and cranberry juice.
With soda and soy milk, shakes and smoothies, or something bottled from their cooler, there are endless choices for everyone.
Healthy Food and Healthy Attitude
With their "down home" atmosphere, healthy and tasty food and friendly service, this restaurant lives up to its name! Located at 2990 N. Campbell Avenue, Ste. 120, in Tucson, Arizona, Lovin' Spoonfuls is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner on Monday - Saturday 9:30 AM - 9 PM. Sunday hours are from 10 AM - 3 PM.

This is also a very interesting write. Very good reporting. Nice job.
This is the second article of mine with some weird, funky typo. What is up with that? Does anyone know? I know I didn't send it to them that way. I have the copy of it on my computer.
