Ingredients

Serves 4
2 pears
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons of raisins
cinnamon
2 teaspoons brown sugar

Directions for Low Calorie Desserts - Baked Pears

Stir orange juice, brown sugar, and a sprinkling of cinnamon together and heat them in a saucepan until they begin to boil. Reduce the heat and cook for three more minutes, stirring constantly. Add in the raisins and stir, and then remove from heat. Cut the pears in half and core them, then place some of the mixture on each half. Bake them at 400 degrees for ten minutes, then let cool. Each pear half has only 100 calories and tastes fantastic!
