-Something I love to make to help with a sweet craving, take cherry gelatin and cut up apples. Prepare the gelatin and mix the apples in before your refrigerate the gelatin. It's so good and sweet, the apples make it filling.

-Nabisco now makes great 100 calorie packs for people that have trouble with portion control.

-If you are someone that loves peanut butter, I cannot say enough about the South Beach Peanut Butter Bar! It is incredibly yummy!!!!!!

-Half or a small baked potato is only 100 calories! Potatoes aren't always a bad thing, just eat them in moderation!

-Salty craving? Soft pretzels are a great way to satisfy that one! You can buy them in the freezer section of your local grocery store.

-South-of-the-Border Bagel Bites: Spread whole-grain bagel halves with low-fat refried beans and corn kernels. Top with reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese and toast until the cheese melts and the beans are heated through.
