Chicken Teriyaki and Sweet Potato Fries. Marinate four thin, boneless, skinless chicken breasts in your favorite flavored Teriyaki sauce. Slice a washed sweet potato into thin French fry like slices. In a medium sized bowl pour a little bit of olive oil, a dash of paprika, a dash of salt and a dash of pepper. Stir together and toss the potato slices into it. Place the chicken in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 350. Line the potato slices on a pan and cook for about 30 minutes, flipping over half way through. Serve and enjoy.
Low-fat Turkey Enchiladas. Brown some ground turkey breast in a pan. Drain any grease. Pour half a can of enchilada sauce over the turkey breast. In a separate pan gently heat the low fat tortilla shells just until warm, about ten seconds on each side. Place the shells on a pan and spoon the ground turkey into each one. Wrap the tortilla around the meat, and pour the remaining sauce over the top. Sprinkle with reduced fat shredded Mexican blend cheese. Bake for about half an hour at 350.
Fajita fries. Bake a pan of Ore-Ida frozen French fries. When they are almost crunchy, take them out and add sliced steak over the top of them. Bake for another ten minutes. Take out of the oven and pour salsa over the top. Then sprinkle reduced fat Mexican cheese over the top of it and bake until the cheese is melted.
Chili hash brown potatos. This one is really really easy. Brown some Ore-Ida hash brown potato O'Brian potatos in a pan. In a pot, heat some Wolf Brand Turkey chili with beans on low heat. As soon as the potatos are done, pour the chili over the top and serve.
Low-Fat Graham Cracker Ice Cream treat. Break a low-fat Graham Cracker in half. Spread fat-free cool whip onto of one of the halves. On the other half squirt a little dab of sugar free chocolate syrup. Place the chocolate syrup half on top of the cool whip half and gently press together. Place in a small Tupperware container and put in the freezer for two hours. Yum!
Egg White Muffin. Toast two whole wheat English Muffins in the toaster or under the broiler in the oven. Whisk three egg whites together in a small blow. Spray a pan with fat free cooking spray. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until no longer runny. Place on top of one of the English Muffin halves. Spray the pan with spray again and place a small slice of Canadian bacon or turkey bacon onto it. Cook until heated, and place on top of the egg whites. Place a slice of fat-free or reduced fat cheese on top of that. Then put the top half of the English muffin on top. Place the English muffin in the pan. Cook for a few moments on each side, until cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!
