Luckey Schellack of Springfield Missouri Dies in Fatal Car Crash
February 3, 2010 - Luckey A. Schellack, 58, of Springfield, Missouri was in a single car accident at 2:18 pm in Greene County, Missouri.
Luckey was driving a 1997 Honda Accord on Farm Road 115 just 2 miles South of Battlefield when he ran off the roadway and struck a tree. The vehicle "went airborne and overturned several times" according to Missouri State Highway Patrol. Luckey was ejected from the vehicle. He was not wearing a safety belt.
Greene County Medical Examiner Vandeberg responded to the scene. Luckey was taken to Springfield Mortuary. The Honda, which was totaled, was towed away by Republic Towing.
