Lullaby of a Canyon Breeze

What language can I borrow
to simply try to describe,
the sound of the wind as it becomes a breeze
through a canyon's lullaby?

The silence is suddenly ended
by the sound of wind through the trees.
It grows and then it's ended
as suddenly as it came to be.

It creates a sort of lullaby
that brings music down from the sky.
I find myself lost in this peaceful place
where it brings a natural high.

I feel a type of chasm
between this place and somewhere else
that brings on so much emotion that
I sit quietly and rest.

I take my pen and paper,
and write some notes of music
that will be - the song that I remember.
"The Lullaby of a Canyon Breeze."
