Lupine Poem

L
upine is an early summer bloomer;
Ultimately, a decorative plant.
Perennial and native, it can be;
Ice pink, blue, and purple for colors;
Not fussy about soil, but enjoys sunshine;
Eye catching beauty at its best.

    Is it called Lupine because it has something to do with a wolf?
