Herbalism Vegan Skin Cleanser: This is the first one that I tried. This is supposed to be a super cleanser for the acne-prone skin. I like this one the most. This is supposed to be a cleanser but this seriously lacks cleaning power, in terms of removing makeup at least, so you should always use another cleanser before using this. A lot of people hate this smell, but I love the scent. It's very earthy and herbal, and doesn't smell so fake as some of the other scented cleansers. The fragrance is a big thing for Lush and I think every one of their products are scented. But, they don't smell fake at all and actually goes along really well with their products- the herbalism being one of them. As for it taking care of my acne, it hasn't performed any miracles, but it definitely helped. This is really gentle and calms the sensitive acne-prone skin. I had some really irritated red bumps when I used this and it calmed them right away so I loved to use this and actually looked forward to it. But, I guess it might be because I used it too many times, but it didn't last very long. I bought a huge pack, which was like $16, and I thought it would last forever when I bought this, but it went really quickly, in only two and a half weeks of using everyday. And be careful because this just melts away with water. Another thing, this doesn't lather at all, so don't be surprised. I think that is why it doesn't to the actual cleaning job very well.
Coalface Natural Facial Cleanser: I left the Herbalism because as much as I liked its calming powder, it didn't help my acne as much as I would like it to. So, I reached for this bestseller which practically everyone raved about. But, I have to be the odd ball again in this one. I hate this! Ok, maybe not that much, but it's still not that good. It cleans fairly well but it strips the moisture so much I'm always left with very tight feeling after using this. I usually like cleansers that give me a sort of drier feeling, but this is way too much. And this is supposed to exfoliate my skin too but the embedded coal were way too harsh for me to scrub and even when I did, it didn't help. But, it lathers very well and as I said it cleans my face very well, so I don't hate this.
Fresh Farmacy Skin Cleanser: This is another cleanser that Lush created for acne-prone and sensitive skin. OK, first the bad thing: the smell. This smells absolutely horrible, at least to me. I couldn't even breathe while I was lathering this and putting it in my face. It is just a terrible scent that I did not like at all. But, I really didn't see anyone else having this much problem with the scent. And, as I used up the huge $18 bar of soap, I got used to the smell and it didn't offend me anymore. As for the effect, I think it's very similar to the herbalism. It calms the skin and makes my skin very comfortable without stripping too much moisture from the skin. And this lathers pretty well and cleans better than herbalism, at least.
So, this is my take on the lush facial cleansers that I have tried. In my opinion, they are all mediocre. They do their job, but nothing out of the ordinary. These products are worth trying and I think you won't hate them, at the very least. But, don't expect miracles from these soaps.

- Lush Snowcake Soap - ReviewI learned about Lush's Snowcake a year ago actually. It is a soap that I guess came back for the holiday seasons by popular demand. I couldn't wait to try it because I had heard so many good things about this soap
