There is a Panzano restaurant in the hotel. Panzano serves Northern Italian cuisine with home made pastas, sea food, salads, meats and game, fresh veggies and delicious breads. Most hotels in Denver don't have on-site restaurants, so this is definitely a plus.
Hotel Monaco is located very close to the 16th Ave pedestrian mall, and makes it easy for travelers to shop and get around on foot.
I had a friend who stayed here and had a water leak in her room, and the maintenance engineer was up there in a matter of minutes to fix the problem. The manager stopped by soon after with a complimentary bottle of wine for her troubles.
One of my favorite things about Hotel Monaco is how pet-friendly they are. Upon walking in, you'll find yourself face-to-face with a dog-shaped chalk board, and on it will be written all the current four-legged guests in the hotel. Is that cute, or what?
The rooms are clean, modern and beautiful, very well maintained. They offer a free overnight shoe shine, and nightwear/robes you can purchase right from your closet. They even have a vegetable soap bar!
Overall:
This is the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in, and I would recommend it to anyone. The price is a little high, but you gotta give a little extra to get a little extra, right?
