Lyrics in Fantasia's "Lucky" Refer to Affair with Married Man

Her Claims Regarding Relationship with Boyfriend Begin to Ring Hollow

Ron Hart
Fantasia, who supposedly was mislead about the status of her boyfriend's marriage, and who was supposedly so distraught over being named the 'other woman' in a divorce suit that she attempted suicide, is putting out a song on her new album that strongly suggests being the lady on the side is not something new to her.

A leaked Fantasia song is called Lucky. Website mediatakeout.com received heard and has heard the song Lucky and posted part of the lyrics today. The lyrics read, in part:

"Damn, she get to have it every day.
What a lucky girl! Ooohh, well tonight I'll take her place.
I'm a lucky girl! Damn, do you spread her legs this way?
What a lucky girl! Ummm, you're the king at this foreplay.
I'm a lucky girl!"

Hook:
I know you got a girl and I know that I'm wrong,
but a hard man's good to find.
Yeah, she get to have it all year long,
so can I just get tonight?"

In the days leading up to and the days after Fantasia's suicide attempt, the story of her involvement with her married boyfriend, Antwaun Cook, has taken a number of twists and turns.

The initial news involved the allegations made by Cook's estranged wife, Paula, that her husband and Fantasia had not only carried on an affair but also made a sex tape. About a day later, Fantasia was rushed to the hospital in what was labeled a suicide attempt.

While she was in the hospital, Fantasia's manager, Brian Dickens, released a statement that said Fantasia was led to believe that her boyfriend's marriage was effectively over.

The statement read, "Fantasia has always been an open book. Honesty, self-respect, and personal responsibility are values she wears proudly. Fantasia believed Mr. Cook when he told her he was not happy in his marriage and his heart was not in it. She believed him when he told her he and Mrs. Cook separated in the late summer of 2009. She believed Mr. Cook when he told her he lived elsewhere."

But now, with the revelation that a newly leaked song of Fantasia's very clearly refers to an illicit affair, it may be more difficult for her to convince people that her claims that she was not a homewrecker are true.

Every day, it seems to be something else with Fantasia. As the lyrics to her song Lucky surface, one wonders how innocent Fantasia actually is.

    Well, now...

Where in the song does it say the man is married? And why not do some due diligence on this article instead of just grabbing headlines from mediatakeout? The song absolutely is NOT on the album.

what an idiot! she deserves all that is coming to her. she trudges around perpetrating church and god, sweatin and cryin all over everybody and then goes out behind the scenes and ruins her life YET AGAIN, and for a man??? Maybe instead of buying a relationship, her money would have been better spent buying good managers and handlers as opposed to cousin chitterling and uncle moonshine! I do not feel sorry for her and I hope Paula cleans what little she has made, up!!!
