Lysol Disinfectant Power Toilet Bowl Cleaner Product Review

Lysol Disinfectant Power Toilet Bowl Cleaner My Miracle Cleaner

Marie M. Daniels
This Lysol Disinfectant Power Toilet Bowl Cleaner may not be a new product but I believe that it is worth doing a review on this great Lysol product. If you have a build up of grime on your toilet bowl this Lysol brand toilet bowl cleaner can remove it for you.

I have tried many, many toiled bowl cleaning products over the years. They all promise to clean my toilet and leave the bowl sparkling clean. Instead my toilet bowl is left dirty and I am disappointed with the poor toilet cleaners time and time again. But every once in a while you find a miracle cleaning product that you know you will use until the end of time.

The toilets in my bathrooms get a brown calcium build up deposits on them occasionally. I have a few theories of why our toilet bowls get this calcium deposited in there and I know that deposits can be formed because of well water and hard water. The calcium deposits on the toilet bowls are killer to get clean. I have tried other products that are specifically for calcium build up on toilets. I have tried CLR (Calcium, Lime, and Rust Remover), Bleach, Kaboom and Simple Green; all have given limited or no results with my toilet calcium deposit problem.

I have also tried all kinds of toilet cleaning gels, liquids, sprays and foaming cleansers all with no luck. After trying those dozen or so other toilet cleaning products I found this Lysol cleaner. The Lysol Disinfectant Power Toilet Bowl Cleaner works the best at cleaning off the calcium deposits for us on our toilet bowls. I know that my toilet bowl will be sparkling clean and germ free.

If you have an old toilet that is rarely used or has not been used in years and has a build up this Lysol product will do wonders. This can happen when you move into a new house and there is a toilet that has been neglected. When we moved into our house there was a toilet in the basement that was disgusting and needed a good cleaning. This basement toilet had a calcium build up that I just couldn't get off. I tried many other toilet cleaners and also tried scraping the gunk off. I thought it would take a jackhammer to get this stuff off. One application of Lysol Power Toilet Bowl Cleaner and the build up was gone.

One thing you must make sure that you do is to buy the Lysol Power Cleaner in the blue bottle. They have several other Lysol brand toilet cleaners: a gel, a bleach and none of them do the same great job as the Lysol that looks like the one in the picture above.

This is a great product that does what it says it will, clean your toilet. You don't need to do any hard scrubbing or scraping to clean your toilet bowl. The price for Lysol Power is very reasonable also. I got a two pack recently for under $4.00, making each bottle of toilet cleaner two dollars each. You really can't beat that unless you have a coupon. Great product, great price if you need a toilet bowl cleaner that cleans up tough stains.

Absolutely agree! Have bought Lysol Power in the past and works great! Seriously I've had some really really bad brown calcium build up stains and it takes them off. Went out today and bought Lysol Acti Gel toilet bowl cleaner, to save a buck, didn't work worth crap. Lysol Power is the best toilet bowl cleaner on the market. Thanks for your review...
