MAC Eye Kohl in Fascinating

White eyeliner? Crazy talk! Fascinating Eye Kohl redefines any conclusions you have made. It is great for inner corner highlight, eye bases, or the waterline to make the eyes look bigger. Fascinating is my favorite whit eyeliner, hands down.

COLOR

Fascinating is just that, fascinating. It is a bright, matte white with no undertones, no shimmer, no sparkle, no nonsense. It cannot be described any better than clown makeup white. It is just the whitest pencil you will ever see.

FORMULA

Since white eyeliner can be hard to work with already, a good formula is necessary for any attempts at using it, or you may look slightly crazy. It glides on, it is very creamy, it does not smudge, it goes great on the waterline and does not fade, it works as a great, popping base under eyeshadow, and blends well as a base. I cannot say enough about how great the formula of this pencil truly is. It takes away the guessing work with how to successfully use white and makes it effortless.

FUNCTIONALITY

If you use this for all of your highlighting needs, this is an extremely functional product. Use it as a base, to highlight the inner corner, brighten eyes on the waterline, or can even be blended out as a brow highlight. It is an everyday sort of product and has no restrictions concerning time of year or anything like that.

PACKAGING

Fascinating is in the MAC packaging: black wood, silver writing, coordinated tip, and a cap that comes off with ease. It is just as portable as any of their other pencils and because it is in pencil form, it makes it very easy to get right up to the brow and into the innermost part of the corner of your eye. It provides precision, making it great in the packaging department.

FINAL OPINIONS

In my opinion, Fascinating is a staple item in a good collection. It is definitely worth the money if you want to redefine your eyes. It provides a much needed service to those who don't get definition from their lashes. I was skeptical at first, but Fascinating has convinced me that white eyeliner is the way to go. My one tip would be to use a light hand when working on the waterline- it needs to look natural and on occasion, it can look anything but.
