MAC Sugar Sweet (Sugarsweet) Makeup Collection: New for Spring 2009

This spring MAC Cosmetics is releasing a sweet treat for makeup lovers, the Sugar Sweet Collection. Also referred to as the Sugarsweet Collection, it is set to debut in March in North America and April internationally.

Girly girls are looking forward to the release of the MAC Sugar Sweet Collection and its tasty, tempting new makeup products including lip sticks, lip glass, eye shadow and mineralize skinfinish. And it'll be out just in time to enhance makeup looks to go with the perfect spring and summer wardrobe.

Here are some of the makeup items available in the MAC Sugar Sweet Collection:

Lipstick: The Sugar Sweet lipstick shades are Bubbles, which is a glaze lipstick with a sheer frosty beige hue. Lollipop Loving is also a glaze lipstick that's a coral with hints of green and gold. The Saint Germain lipstick is a crème pastel pink while the Sweet Thing is a lustre magenta tone with a pearl look. Another lustre shade lipstick in the Sugar Sweet Collection is Touch, a peach cinnamon hue.

Tricolour Lipglass: If MAC lipglass is more your makeup style check out Consume Me, a sheer white gloss or Just Dessert, a sheer yellow pink pearlized gloss. There's also Simply Delicious, a sheer peach that's also a pale coral depending on how you wear it and Tasty, a sheer blue pink toned gloss. The last lipglass to round out the Sugar Sweet Collection is Triple-Yum, a sheer gold lip gloss.

Eyeshadow: Now it's time to dress up the eyes with some MAC eyeshadow from the Sugar Sweet Collection. Aquavert is a fun mint color with white pigment and Club, a reddish brown that's muted. The eyeshadow also has a green opal shimmer to make the eyes really stand out. The Sugar Sweet Collection's Dear Cupcake eyeshadow is a pink coral hue with gold pearlized pigment. If you're feeling flirty choose Stars n Rockets, a lavender tone with hints of red and pink. For a neutral color from this MAC lineup choose Sugarshot, a pale frosty beige tone.

Mascara: To make your lashes full and lush, pick up some MAC Zoomlash mascara, a must-have makeup item.

Shadestick: The MAC Sugarsweet Collection includes five shadesticks. They are: Butternutty, a pale white gold that's frosted, Cakeshop, another frosted shadestick that's a light neutral beige. Then there's Lemon Chiffon, a frosted pewter and Penny, a light pink copper hue. Red Velvet completes the set with its frosted mid-tone pink hue.

Mineralized Skinfinish: MAC Sugar Sweet Collection offers two mineralized skinfinish to choose from: Perfect Topping, which is a mix of pink, lavender and peach. Refined, a mix of coral, tan and peach.

Nail Lacquer: Can't forget about painting the nails to complete the makeup look. The MAC Sugar Sweet Collection has two nail shades to match with your makeup selections: Peppermint Patti, a mint green cream nail polish and Seasonal Peach, another cream with a pale peach pink hue.
