Macaroni Bake

Ingredients

Serves 6
16 oz box 16oz box of shells and cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips

Directions for Macaroni Bake

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

Prepare the macaroni according to the package directions.

While the shells are cooking, brown the meat. After cooked, drain the grease and put back into the pan. Add the taco seasoning according to the package directions and simmer for five minutes.

Stir the sour cream into the prepared shells.

Place half of the shells mixture into a 8 inch baking pan. On top of the shells layer with the prepared meat, half of the cheese, and then the remaining amount of the shell mixture.

Cover the pan and bake for 15 minutes.

Uncover the pan and on top layer the remaining cheese and the tortilla chips. Bake for 5 minutes.

Take out of oven and enjoy.
