"Macgruber" is a Horrible D+ Comedy Film! Starring Will Forte and Powers Booth

"Couldn't Hollywood film producers at least afford to buy Macgruber (Will Forte) a decent looking Macguyver wig copy!" Which this 2010 parody movie is a comedy portrayal of the Saturday Night Live short sketches regarding the hit 1985-1992 TV show called "Macguyver" starring Richard Dean Anderson who actually wore a "real life in-person" shoulder-length and beautiful shag haircut during these lovable entertaining episodes.

Highly acclaimed New York film critic Kyle Smith stated: "How bad is this movie? So bad that critics weren't allowed to see it until four hours before it opened. So bad that to play the villain it was forced to hire the lumpy, inert remnants of what used to be Val Kilmer." ......................................................

Ironically? Yahoo.com users gave this horrible 2010 film a mixed review of B-. "Some theater viewers loved it! and some viewers hated it! Like me!" which I normally have an excellent sense of humor whenever it comes to dumb comedy films! Although? I do have to admit this tops my list of dumb and even the dumbest of extremely bad comedy films!.......................................................

61year old lifetime Hollywood film-star Powers Boothe (Colonel Jim Faith) looks great in this movie simply called "Macgruber!" 51 year old Val Kilmer (bad guy Dieter Von Cunth) looks bad regarding his health? Wearing a black eye patch over his face and seemingly over-weight body nowadays, with a long stage film production ponytail wig also. Seems like everybody is wearing wigs in this film! Even actress Kristen Wiig? was wearing a long blonde hair wig! (Are all the famous actresses in Hollywood now named Kristen now days?").

During the first fifteen minutes of the film Colonel Faith and Lt. Dixon (Ryan Phillippe) visit Macgruber at a Ecuadorian monastery chapel. (Which is a copy of the Rambo II film) both asking Macgruber to join their team and capture bad guy Dieter Von Cunth. Naturally? Macgruber refuses stating this is where his faith is now, living a long and non-violent journey into his future, even though he changed his mind during a bad dream that same night.

Apparently, bad guy Cunth had killed his would be wife Casey at their wedding sometime in the past, and decides to take Colonel Faith up on his offer. He then decides to go to the Pentagon and put together his very own team of soldiers, who where eventually killed in a similar "A-Team" looking van explosion using C-4 explosives on an airport tarmac. MacGruber is extremely distraught over the loss of his expert military team and his removal from the Cunth case. Out of frustration and despair he decided to ask Lt. Dixon to join his team in Colonel Faith's office.

"Lt. Dixon says no!" Super-Hero Macgruber is so desperate, he tells Dixon that he will suck his d..k (penis) in an effort to put together a team of highly skilled and decorated military experts. (This is the part where most theater viewers got up and left). In Macgruber's reluctant desperation, he even pulled down his pants, leaned over the desk and told Dixon to f..k (sexual intercourse insertion) him!

This particular scene was extremely gross and used in very bad taste especially for Hollywood film producer Lorne Michaels and most likely where this 2010 film called "Macgruber bombed out!"...................................

Macgruber's lifetime friend called Vicki St. Elmo (Kristen Wiig) finally decides to join Macgruber's somewhat comical military team. Be sure to watch out for the part of them trying to remember the license plate number KFBR392 of the bad guys, depicting just how stupid these so-called military experts really are.

As usual? The good guys always win over the evil bad guys, or at least you wonder about how stupid these highly decorated military guys really are, possibly creating another war with their ignorance, especially Macgruber! Hopefully? This will be the last of this film with no sequels!....................................

This film called "Macgruber" was released in USA theaters on May 21, 2010. Directed by Jorma Taccone. Distributed by Rogue Pictures, running an approx. length of 89 minutes and also produced by the award-winning 66 year old Lorne Michaels creator of the original NBC hit television show called "Saturday Night Live", which has been running since 1975 and still comically running 35 years later for lifetime TV fans obviously on Saturday Nights!

If your looking for good night out at the movies here in the year of 2010? I would highly suggest viewing "Iron Man II" starring 46 year old Robert Downey Jr., still showing his incredible body and even long haired red-headed (film portrayed) America's sweetheart Gwyneth Paltrow, also showing her beautiful smile, breast and gorgeous body. The 2010 Film "Death at a Funeral" is also hilarious! Still playing in local USA theaters at the present time of this article starring Chris Rock and Martin Lawrence.

The recently released 2010 theater children 3-D film called "How to train your dragon" is getting excellent reviews at the present time! Yahoo.com users gave it high rating of A and incredibly the usual horrible film critics also gave it a high rating of B...............................................................

Just on a personal note: I would beware of renting the DVD film called "Astro Boy" which is an excellent modern day animation film, but is just simply too long, running at a terrible length of 100 minutes (1 hour and 40 minutes), which I honestly believe is to long for small children, especially my 3 year-old grandson who seemed to become restless during our viewing together!
