MacGuyver Commercial 2006

After a hiatus of several years, the popular super-inventive MacGyver, pulls off yet another miracle escape using common items found in virtually any home.

Spoofing himself (in character), was truly admirable.

Watching his weekly escapades in 1985 was almost entertaining. I mean, think about it...no one could really do all he did, with what he did, and survive with hardly a scratch.

But the commercial aptly captured both the essence and adventured related to the defunct series, that taught us to "imagine if this could really work".

And it only took thirty seconds as opposed to the obligatory one hour week, after week, after week...
