Thank you so much Candice, Lyn, & Becky! The photo is from a friend of my son's home. He was having his open house just a couple weeks ago. Whenever I think of purple, I think o Lilacs...the are so wonderful. I dunno, I've never written poetry,and I know very little about Haiku, but I went over to walk the dog and sketched this out during our sojourn. Appreciate your comments! KIM
