A photo taken of Madonna on July 26 would certainly seem to prove so, although according to the Gossip Cop, it's not a real photo. Madonna's bulked-up arms showed nary a fat molecule as she was snapped right after a dinner date with reported boyfriend, Jesus Luz.
I think her arms have always been a smidge on the too-muscular side, but I continually give her props for trying to keep away the middle-age flabby skin curse. I think she's just done a little too good of a job this time. Experts say it's also very unhealthy the way her "guns" are dangling about on her limbs.
Though it is reported Madonna works out for two hours every day at least six days a week and keeps to a very strict eating schedule, some diet experts say her muscles are showing signs of strain. Not from exercising too much, mind you, but from lack of hydration. And do I dare mention the "d" work? Let's just hope drugs aren't in the equation.
Right now it's pretty obvious something is wrong. Through the gauntness of what little skin is left you can see almost every vein in her arms. It also gives the impression that there is so little body fat left on her (including the healthy body fat needed to survive) that she is doing her body more harm than good by exercising so much.
I think it's time Madonna stops focusing so much on training her arms and begins in her leg area. This is a big issue for most women, and since she's in her 50's, she might want to start there. Plus, experts who have been watching her body form are attesting to the fact that her thighs are getting far more out of shape than her arms probably ever will be.
This sort of imbalance often leads to celebrities feeling the urge to go under the knife. Will Madonna opt for plastic surgery on other parts of her body if she has reached a plateau with her arms?
Personally, I think she looks a little like Smeagol from Lord of the Rings: Return of the King. At least her arms do anyway, even if her face doesn't. But the rest of her body will be on a fast track to the sinewy, gaunt look of a Holocaust survivor if Madonna doesn't do something about her image soon. I'm thinking, maybe down a couple SoBe Life Waters?
If you're trying to get toned, muscular arms, make sure you don't skip out on the fluids. It's not cool to look like a hairless, deformed creature.
