Step into an Exciting World of Magic!!!

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina just gets more and more exciting by the year. The sun and surf are just a small part of what makes this beach spot so great and keeps legions of vacationers coming back for more. With the demise of an old beach landmark, The Pavilion, Myrtle Beach continues to grow and make new landmarks as the seasons go on.

Broadway at the Beach, a dining/entertainment/shopping complex located between 21st and 29th streets, is 350 acres of everything you could want. In total Broadway at the Beach hosts 20 restaurants, 15 attractions, 10 nightclubs, 3 hotels and over 100 specialty shops. New additions include a 3-D Imax theater and the Pavilion Nostalgia Park, where some of the old Pavilion's rides have been moved to this new location. Miniature golf comes complete with a show featuring a fire breathing dragon. Ripley's Aquarium takes you face to face with deadly sharks on a 330ft moving walkway.

One addition to Broadway is MagiQuest, an interactive adventure through a magical kingdom. Upon entering the kingdom you choose your Magi name and your own wand that you will keep even after the game is over, for it holds all your game information. There are enough quests and adventures that will keep you coming back year after year. In MagiQuest you are a Magi in training, passing through castles, dungeons and magical treehouses as you go on your quest. Flick your wand at treasure boxes and watch them magically open at your command. Go on quests and adventures to travel up the ranks to full Magi.

In the center of the kingdom is the command center where you will choose quest or adventure. Quests take you on a journey, or rather a scavenger hunt to collect objects to earn an ancient rune. You'll use combinations of these runes to go on adventures where you will possibly fight a duel and earn special objects and rare runes. There are ancient books of wisdom scattered throughout the land to help you achieve your goals, as well as special screens to tell you what you have achieved and how much time you have left in your game.

The game is completely interactive and progressive. Once you activate your wand at your first visit all of your game information is stored in your wand so you can continue to play on your next visit, no matter how long it is between games. The realm is so vast and the quests and adventures so plentiful that it will take many visits to complete the entire game, and you'll have a great time doing it. It's absolutely appropriate for kids, teens and adults alike, with over 150 wand activated effects that anyone can do.

Throughout the year MagiQuest has great holiday themed parties and you can even have your birthday there. They are designed to be educational and group friendly, with a strong emphasis on the Magi's five Cs - Creativity, Compromise, Communication, Cooperation and Character. At the entrance and exit of MagiQuest you have the opportunity to outfit yourself as a proper Magi, with toppers for your wand and special clothing and accessories. Spend an hour, spend half a day - it's the most unique experience you'll ever having in the gaming world and you'll keep coming back for more new adventures year after year.
