Keep Your Business and Get New Business
Keeping old business and attracting new business can be a frustrating task in these days of continuing economic crises. Everyone is watching every penny spent these days so it is very important to monitor every dollar you spend, including those dollars spent on advertising. Do you have any idea what happens to all of that advertising stuff that is being handed out?
Personally, I have been given business card after business card by all sorts of sales reps from many different types of businesses. Sometimes these cards make it to my desk to rest in my card file but, unfortunately, most of these get thrown into my purse or briefcase and are never looked upon again except to throw them into the trash when I need to clean. It's my guess that you have thrown a few of those business cards away, too.
A Great Way to Keep Your Business out in Front
If you are looking for a better way to get your business name out there...a way that will keep your business name out in front where people can see it...then please allow me to suggest something you make not have considered in the past. What if your company logo and name were put on a promotional button with a magnetic back on it?
Imagine this for a minute...a rectangular promotional button measuring 1 ¾ inches by 2 ¾ inches with a magnetic back. You could actually design your business card to fit on this or just put your company name and logo on it. Imagine that your outside sales people are handing these magnets out to their contacts. Now, those contacts have something more solid to hold in their hands. Now, those same contacts can place this magnet on a filing cabinet, a refrigerator, a locker or attach it to any metal surface. Your business name is now out in the open, not stuck in a file drawer or card file to, perhaps, never be looked at again.
New Promotional Tool
Magnet buttons are definitely an up and coming advertising tool for businesses of all sorts. There are button companies out there who can produce this magnet for you very affordably. Some of them will also help you design one if you don't have something in mind to use. Many button companies have minimum order requirements but there are promotional button companies who will make one button or 10,000 buttons...the choice is yours. Don't you think it's time to rethink your advertising program and consider using more creative tools?
