Mom likes to receive home made gifts for mother's day, especially ones that compliment her and her mothering nature. She likes to be reminded of her accomplishments and why her kids are proud that she is their mother. This gift idea for Mother's day is unique and mom will cherish it for much longer than one year, she'll probably keep it forever and may even look at it over and over again year after year. Here is how to make this 365 nice things about mom gift.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

First, you will need a glass jar with a lid that closes the jar. The jar can be see through or not, it doesn't matter. Next, you will need some pretty paper that can be printed on with the computer. You will also need 365 ideas and nice things to say about mom. Things like, what she does around the house that the kids and her husband really appreciate, making dinner, cleaning, even giving rides to sports practice.

MAKE THE 365 NICE THINGS GIFT:

To create this 365 nice things gift, get your 365 nice things to say about mom list together. You will need to type it up on the computer so that each item will print onto a one inch square of the paper, you may need to change the size of your font. Once you have all of the items typed up you can print them out onto the designed computer paper. Try not to use just plain white paper, at least use some colored paper to make it pretty for mom.

Once the items are all printed out, you will need to cut the paper into one inch square piece with each "nice thing about mom" on each piece. Once you have all of the pieces cut nicely with nice edges, place them all into the jar and close the lid. It is now ready to present to mom for Mother's day, she will have a hard time only reading one "nice thing" per day.
