I'd say,
"I can't stand upon a sea
Of restless winds,
Where man's not free;
You can't stand upon a cloud,
Where dust flies free;
Man cries aloud.
Who is there that can stand
Upon the wind,
Where there is death
And man has sinned?"
He's say,
"I love man,
But is he really worthy?
He'd ask,
"Of what worth is man himself,
If what he perceives,
Is perceived to be
Of less worth,
Than it is worth?
Can he not see love?
Is his perception
Not a reflection
Of his own self worth,
Coupled with my love?"
The worth of a man
Lies in his perception
Of his own self worth
And that of others;
Thou alone art worthy, O Lord,
Locked,
Like a single grain of sand
Into existence,
Tossed about in waves,
On the sea of indifference;
Your words can make a difference;
Why write a symphony of sadness,
When there should be one of gladness?
Make a difference,
Love poet.
The galloping winds,
They galloped on by,
But soon they left
As if banished on high;
As they departed
Without a sound,
They dropped seeds of love,
That spread all around.
As joy filled the earth,
Humankind said,
"Love has returned!
We thought it was dead.
Yes, we are worthy,
Worthy to give
Love to each other,
Because we still live.
Now we can prosper;
Now we can succeed,
Because of God's wind,
That planted His seed.
Love has not disappeared;
We just lost sight of it.
Thank you for giving our vision back.
Pen on,
Love poet.
