Kids love holidays and making crafts. Easter is no exception, it is an excellent holiday to get your kids into making some crafts. This idea is cute and easy for kids to make, and they can carry their Easter gifts in it or snacks or art supplies or anything they want. Follow these steps to make a paper Easter basket.

ITEMS NEEDED: First you will need lunch size brown paper bags. Next, you will need construction paper, glue, scissors, markers, and cotton balls. You will also need a little talent to draw a bunny rabbit or a bunny rabbit stencil that you can trace. You may also want to use tape, staples and some other various items to create your paper bag Easter basket.

MAKE YOUR PAPER BAG EASTER BASKET: To first make your paper Easter basket you will need to cut your paper bag down to size. Cut the top off of the bag so that it is square. Next, you will need to cut a strip of colored construction paper for a handle. You could either glue the handle or staple the handle onto the paper bag. Finally, trace out a bunny face and draw eyes, a nose, and a mouth on the bunny face with some whiskers to make it look like a bunny. Next, trace an cut out big bunny ears. You should make the bunny face and bunny ears out of white construction paper, if possible, since Easter bunnies are white. Finally, glue your bunny face and ears, on the front side of the paper Easter basket, not on the same side that your handles is on. Then glue a cotton ball onto the back of the paper Easter basket, opposite from the bunny face and ears and your cute little paper bag Easter basket is finished. Kids will love to make and carry this fun paper Easter basket.
