Make a Facial Mask Out Your Own Kitchen

You love to go to spas, or you dream of going but finacially it isnt possible. That was me I love facials but finalcially I cant go to spas, and I usualy treat myself once a yrear on my birthday to a facial at one. What do You do in the meantime? Your face does deserve a "lift" If you really look at the ingredients that they use in facials,
They are items you can find everyday in your kitchen. So here ome recipes you can make and put on your face.

Apple Mask recipe
For normal skin.

1 apple, cored and quartered
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon sage

Drop the apple into a blender and chop. Add honey and sage and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Pat the mixture onto the face with a light tapping motion, tapping until the honey feels tacky. Leave mask on for 30 minutes, then rinse

Apricot Mask recipe
For dry skin.

2 apricots
2 tablespoons plain yogurt

Purée in a blender. Apply to face, avoiding eye area, and leave on for 10 to 20 minutes.

Avocado Honey Mask recipe
1 large, ripe avocado
1 tablespoon honey

Peel and slice avocado and purée it in a blender with the honey. Apply the mask to your face by patting it gently and then continuing to pat until the mask feels extremely tacky to the touch. Relax and leave the mask on for 20 to 30 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.

Avocado Mask recipe
Conditions and prevents dryness.

1/2 ripe avocado
1 egg white

Mash avocado into a thick paste. Add egg white. Apply to face; leave on 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water

Banana Cream Mask recipe
For normal to dry skin.

1/2 ripe banana
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons sour cream

Mash the banana in a bowl and add honey and sour cream. Blend well Apply to skin and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

California Avocado Cleanser and Mask recipe
1/4 ripe avocado
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 beaten egg yolk

Blend avocado with egg yolk and buttermilk. Apply to face and throat and leave on for 5 minutes. Spread on a little more. Leave on for another 5 minutes. Rinse with tepid water.

Clove-Honey Skin Lightening Mask recipe
2 tablespoons fuller's earth
1 tablespoon witch hazel
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon ground cloves

Mix all the ingredients into a paste and apply to the skin in light, upward strokes. Leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with Skin Bleaching Tonic.

Cornmeal Skin Facial recipe
For oily or combination skin.

1 tablespoon dry cornmeal
2 eggs

Cleanse face, steam, splash with cool water and pat dry. Massage with the dry cornmeal. Rinse off. Then apply a mask made by whipping the eggs and brushing on face. Leave on for 20 minutes; rinse off.

Cucumber Mask recipe
For oily skin.

1/2 cucumber
1 egg white
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon mint

Purée ingredients in a blender and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Apply the mixture to your face and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse with hot, then cool water.
