If you want to make a few extra dollars with your writing and are looking for a place that pays cash up front for your writing, then Associated Content is the place for you. Associated Content has a great track record of paying their writers and has paid me personally over $300 dollars. Some writers that write for Associated Content or AC, have made thousands upon thousands with the site. Associated Content pays upfront between $1-$20 per article, the pay upfront for "unique and searchable content" and this could be anything from product reviews to how to articles. Basically, Associated Content pays for articles that don't lose their value over time and get continuous hits over a long period of time, or they pay for articles that they think will do well in the short term. They pay you thinking they are going to make their money back that they payed you, and more.

AC also pays a page view bonus which is $1.50 for every 1000 page views, this increases as you get a higher "clout" rating and could be as much as $2 for a thousand page views if you have a clout 10. Clout 10 is defined by having over a million page views.
