Your forehead tells the world everything they need to know about your age, it shows all your stress lines, lines from your many different facial expressions and also lines due to aging, we never stop to think that our facial expressions literally make permanent marks on our faces. Many stressful work environments or people who are very expressive will cause the forehead to have more wrinkles than someone who works in a less stressful environment or is less expressive.

Therefore the exercise is you should sit comfortably with your back straight and your hands resting lightly in your lap, some, relaxing music can be played in the background while exercise and you should also breathe deeply yet gently throughout your work.

A quick frown is a good exercise for the forehead contrary to what you might believe, you should try to throw for approximately 3 seconds and then slowly release to a neutral position during this from you can see the change in your facial muscles, this should be repeated three times and should mimic what happens in your face when you are angered or intensely doing something.

You can also use the tips of your fingers to push the skin covering your forehead towards your hairline, you should then pull the skin toward the line of your eyebrows. This is a very relaxing exercise and you can see the fitness of the skin and muscle in this area of your face, this exercise should be repeated between 3 to 5 times.

Another good exercise for your forehead is to place the tips of your fingers in your hair and rest the back of your palms against your hairline, you should then tour towards the back of your head and stretch the skin of your forehead with the palms of your hands. You should hold this position for approximately 5 seconds and then relax, this should be done approximately 4 times.

You can use your palms directly on your forehead in a massaging motion, almost like watching our waxing a car. This enhances blood circulation in the skin of your forehead and helps to refresh it and make you look younger. This is also a very good exercise to help ease the tension of a headache. Your forehead should feel warm and tingly after a few of these exercise these, not to worry at all though as these are signs of improved circulation and greater muscle tone which helps to reduce aging lines.
