Make Your Marriage Last

Marriage. It's one of the oldest institutions. When two people love each other, they get married. Over time, the stresses and strains of every day life can take a toll on a marriage. If you find this happening to you, there is something you can do about it.

Sex

You have to make time for sex. Having a happy, vibrant sex life is one of the most important things you need to do if you want to keep your marriage going strong. Even if you are busy, have sex with your spouse at least twice a week. Try to do things that both of you enjoy. If your partner enjoys clitoral stimulation, be sure to stimulate her clitoris. If your partner enjoys oral sex, be sure to give him oral sex.

Go out

Plan an evening out every week to two weeks. This way, you get to take a break from your home life and you get to go do something fun. You could go see a movie, go to a nice restaurant, go to a sporting event, or go to a museum. The choices are endless. The important thing is to do something you both can agree on. If you can't agree on what to do, compromise. One week, go do what she wants to do. The next week, go do what he wants to do. That way, you are both satisfied.

Communicate

Communication, communication, communication. It is very important for you to pay attention to your spouse's needs. A big problem facing marriages today is a huge lack of communication. People get stuck in a rut, and forget to appreciate their spouse. Don't let your marriage suffer over a lack in communication. You should make time to talk to your spouse about your feelings, problems you may be having, or anything else that is necessary to keep the marriage a successful one. You should have open communication with your spouse at all times. If both parties are open to communication, it is much less likely that your marriage will fail.
