Makeup kits for Halloween can usually be purchased cheap at the end of each season too, but be sure to store them well, so the makeup and face paint doesn't dry out.

If you have sewing talent and creativity, homemade Halloween costumes can be a big hit for selling online or in retail stores or on consignment to other Halloween specialty stores. If you want to make patterns and sell them, that's another great way to make money on Halloween costumes. Patterns can be purchased for online download or can be mailed.
