Step 2 : Go to your local dollar store and to purchase your table scarves. They usually have a large selection with holiday themes. Ones with tapered ends and even tasseled look best, and you'll want to make sure you get ones that will match your color scheme.
Step 3: Cut the scarves you are using for window treatments exactly in half. On the cut side of the fabric using the sewing machine or fabric glue, or iron hem tape, make a 1/2"-1" hem depending on the size of your rod.
Step 4: Exchange your everyday day window treatment, with your new, warm, holiday design. You can do this project for any Holiday.
